EOAT is a frame (with all necessary tools) mounted on a robotic hand to remove objects from the injection molding machine mold. Its functions include:
• Remove molding parts from the mold;
• clamping objects;
• Separating the molding products on the runner;
• Pinch the gate after cutting;
• Drop the gate during the cycle process;
• Unload molding parts onto pallets and conveyor belts.
The end tool device shown in the following figure includes a cross (square) connector, a single finger diagonal clip, a mounting bracket, a vacuum sucker, a vacuum sucker bracket with adjustable Angle, a quick conversion module, a quick conversion module and a most central fixture module.
Example of an EOAT application
• The jig is used to remove small parts in the 16-cavity mold
• Clamps are used to touch vacuum cups in tight Spaces
• Vacuum cups mounted on non-rotating suspensions
• Single-finger diagonal clamp holds four components by friction
Composite components
1. Quick conversion module
Product Features:
• The EOAT on the manipulator is easy to replace
• Suitable for vacuum end.
•4, 8,10 or 12 pneumatic connections.
•15 electrical connections.
• Two parts (manipulator side and fixture side) are provided separately.
• The quick conversion module QCX on the manipulator side can close the compressed air with a safety valve, which can automatically cut off the compressed air when the system is out of pressure, and the optional locking module.
Example:
The QCX quick CONVERSION module is equipped with an air valve that automatically closes the flow of compressed air (vacuum) before disconnecting SYSTEM (4). Disconnect THE flange with the RED handle while moving the blue handle with the black plug that closes the air (2). Blue handle (3) controls air flow (on/off). The rotary valve solves all the problems of ball valves: the high thrust required when connected and the uncontrolled movement of the actuator when disconnected.
